Several times a year, we release a new version of our software with additional features and functionality and the latest security updates. All of these upgrades are automatically available to you at no extra cost - you'll always be up to date with the latest software version.
As a CatalystOne customer, you're covered by our Service Level Agreement (SLA), through which we provide a series of support and maintenance services. All costs related to updating server hardware, monitoring IT-performance, and carrying out backups are included in the license.
