It is a stand-alone module, but has additional value for customers who use CatalystOne™ Appraisal Manager to support employee appraisals and Performance Management.
Your organisational structure and user data are already in the system, making it very easy to start using the solution. Feedback is given and received in a user interface that employees are familiar with.
