Flokk was founded in 2007 after merging three companies with different cultures, values and leadership styles. A lot of effort was invested in developing common procedures and practices – based on manual systems.
– We reached a point where lack of IT support meant many limitations for our geographically dispersed organization says Lillevi Ivarson, SVP HR & Organisational Development. – We lacked complete and updated lists of our employees, their expertise and achievements.
