He has a background as a leader in large and small organisations and as a strategy, leadership and organisational consultant. Yvonne Fosser has held a variety of HR leadership roles in both private and public sector, leading major change in organisations like Hewlett-Packard and Innovation Norway. Over the years she has become a well-known, inspiring voice both on stage and in social media, and she has now taken on a new entrepreneurial role as CEO of Amesto People & Culture. Yvonne’s passion lies in the intersection between business, people and change – always believing in the power of trust and engagement.

Hope Mears Østgaard has over the course of her career in tech built the marketing teams for successful growth of several SaaS companies, like QuestBack, Meltwater, and now holding the role of VP Marketing with CatalystOne Solutions. She has extensive experience from leading remote, international teams - navigating and motivating for the ever-changing environment of high growth organisations. She is a passionate leader, tech advocate and communicator.
