Niklas Delmar has for the past fifteen years been passionate about how we build sustainable organisations and people, at the same time. He has a background as a leader in large and small organisations and as a strategy, leadership and organisational consultant. Five years ago, the conviction that together we can create a more committed and prosperous Sweden became his primary driving force. Niklas is a skilled educator, communicator and strategist. He alternates his days with lecturing, educating and working long-term with organisational, leadership and employee development.
Yvonne Fosser has held a variety of HR leadership roles in both private and public sector, leading major change in organisations like Hewlett-Packard and Innovation Norway. Over the years she has become a well-known, inspiring voice both on stage and in social media, and she has now taken on a new entrepreneurial role as CEO of Amesto People & Culture. Yvonne’s passion lies in the intersection between business, people and change – always believing in the power of trust and engagement.
Hope Mears Østgaard has over the course of her career in tech built the marketing teams for successful growth of several SaaS companies, like QuestBack, Meltwater, and now holding the role of VP Marketing with CatalystOne Solutions. She has extensive experience from leading remote, international teams - navigating and motivating for the ever-changing environment of high growth organisations. She is a passionate leader, tech advocate and communicator.
