Virke is the main organization for the trade and service industry and is the link between employers and the authorities. At Virke, Hege is responsible for organizational development and is a member of the management team. She has extensive experience from management and HR from various large companies, such as Danske Bank, IKEA, Posten Norge and Storebrand. Hege is passionate about exploiting the potential of each individual employee, through good leadership, new technology and attention to the world around us.
With 10 years of experience within Kjell & Company, Elvira knows retail inside and out. She had a variety of roles during the years, everything from Store Manager to HR Controller, which has given her a broad perspective and understanding for the retail industry. She is currently the system manager for Human Resources, where she develops functionalities and work closely to IT and Salary in terms of integrations.
Flemming has more than 25 years of experience in the domain of standard business systems, as for instance ERP and HR systems. Most of the time as a consultant and for the last six years as independent advisor with Devoteam Management Consulting in Denmark. Thus, helping customers with e.g. market insights, development of business systems strategies, system selection, business process and requirements definition, and contracting.
Over 10 years of management experience from hotels and tourism, and 9 years of experience within Payroll and HR as a field.
Has for the last 5 years had roles as system owner / super user / project manager within system implementation of HR, payroll, time registration and Employee Listening tools in the retail industry, both national and international companies. Has implemented CatalystOne as a customer twice, and started in CatalystOne as a Senior Solution Consultant in February 2022.
