Every year, more than 8000 organisations from over 60 countries partner with Great Place to Work. But for an organisation to become certified, two thirds or more of its employee respondents need to rate it as a great workplace.
As a Nordic leader in HR-system software, we here at CatalystOne pride ourselves on walking the talk. After all, there’s no sense in helping other organisations find the best ways to manage people if we don’t do a great job of it ourselves, right?

We’re thrilled to announce that CatalystOne India is now joining our Norwegian and Swedish offices as a certified Great Place to Work. As our biggest office, with 147 employees, it’s an ongoing goal for us to make sure it’s a place our colleagues are happy to be in every day. Far from being a remote R&D base, our office in Chandigarh – and our colleagues there – are an integral part of the CatalystOne family.
“CatalystOne really values its people, their efforts, their thoughts, ambitions and their work ethic.”
“Management is easily approachable.”
“I simply love the environment!”
“I really like the environment of this company as we can easily manage our work-life balance being a part of CatalystOne family.”
“I am proud to work here.”
Great Place to Work certification and recognition is a worthwhile tool to capture our employees’ feelings about our workplace culture. However, we see it as a measuring stick rather than an end goal. While we love that our colleagues rate us highly in these anonymous surveys, what’s most important is that we discover areas where we can keep improving as we grow and evolve.
This and other Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives are extremely important to us. Not only do they demonstrate our values, they show our employees that we’re willing to work towards a world where a safe, balanced and satisfying work life is available to everyone – and that fulfilling that commitment starts with us.
