An investment in a modern HR system was part of the plans already when Atrium Ljungberg began its work to improve the organization’s employee- and leadership processes. When the time came for digitizing the processes, the choice fell on CatalystOne.
Atrium Ljungberg started for just over 4 years ago the inititative of getting new structured processes for goal setting and follow-up in place by clearer leadership and employeeship. A large part of this work was devoted to leadership development. When the organization felt mature they started to look at HR software in order to further optimize their employee- and leadership processes.
– We wanted to simplify and clarify the process and also expand the possibility to use data, not least in order to identify competence gaps and to easier identify what our needs are, both at the strategic and individual level. As we are growing and plan to continue to grow, it becomes important for us to develop the right competencies. This becomes easier with a modern HR software, says Atrium Ljungberg’s HR manager, Helena Martini.
Atrium Ljungberg fell for CatalystOne through one of CatalystOne’s satisfied reference clients, who during a breakfast seminar shared their experiences and approaches.
– I could identify our business very well with how others of CatalystOne’s customers operate. Our values are the basis for our way of working. It is therefore important for us to follow up and evaluate from a holistic perspective, with our core values in mind.
Atrium Ljungberg chose to invest in a complete solution within Talent & Performance Management, starting with process support implementation for performance appraisals and course administration (learning).
– As an investment in a software system has been in the planning since we began our development journey within Performance Management, we look forward to getting started with CatalystOne. Everyone internally are prepared and excited. It feels very inspiring, says Helena.
