SATS ELIXIA is the largest fitness center chain with about 7,500 employees and 160 training centers. The company is a result of the merger between SATS and ELIXIA in 2014. The integration is completed and the HRM-system from CatalystOne will be a common platform to standardize and streamline the work processes.
– Long-term, we see many opportunities and we have high ambitions with our new HRM system from CatalystOne, says HR Director Knut Sandvold in SATS ELIXIA. – In the short term we will prioritize the areas we feel are important and give obvious effects.
Most important for us is to establish a new solution for HR Master Data to ensure high data quality, efficient work processes specifically for center managers, automated data flows between different systems and good reporting / analysis capabilities.
Thereafter the SATS ELIXIA Academy, hosting hundreds of courses each year, will have in place a solution for course management.
In addition, the employees’ skills and competencies will be mapped and a competence profile for our personal trainers will be posted on the SATS ELIXIAs websites to improve our offer to clients.
In the future, the idea to include support for multiple management processes, for example appraisal and development reviews and employee surveys.
